Technical Description:
Project consist of interior demolition and build-out of clinical treatment space, offices and retail space on the first floor of the Cancer Research Building.
Project area consists of 6,591 square feet.
Challenge:
Fast track project that was completed in 15 weeks. Also, in accordance with the Infection Control Construction Permit, construction work was classified as a Type D (major construction) Group 1 and Class II which required infectious control provisions throughout the duration of the project.
